FLUIDITY & FLOW
Winter is all about proper nourishment, warmth, rest and reflection.
It is a time of consolidation, of going inwards and hibernating.

This is the season for turning inward - where darkness surpasses light, the world begins to hibernate and quieten down in preparation for the months ahead. Your Winter Kickstart can help you to align with the changing seasons. Take a break from striving on your mats and develop a more intropsective and meditative practice this Winter. You'll find the poses are calming to the nerves, soothing and grounding. When the Bladder and Kidney meridians are not in balance, any aspect of fluidity within our body/mind may go awry as Fluidity and Flow are the key words for this season. We are going to focus on the systems that move fluids around our bodies - urinary function, perspiration, saliva and tears and will work on a 7 day yoga and nutrition program which is specifically designed to kickstart your body and mind into the Winter season.

• Remind yourself what it's like to move around in a body that feels fearless - strong and brave, lean, clear, motivated, energised and flexible
• Feel safe and secure and confident to face any challenge that comes your way
• Feel flexible and adaptable and open to the flow of life
• Impress yourself by committing to a week of 6.15am yoga starts
• Lighten up and get rid of some old habits that no longer serve you

Annual Kickstart

It's probably about time for a little DETOX . . .

The Annual Kickstart Program is a week long yoga immersion and cleanse. It's also a nutritional recovery program for those of you who have indulged a little too much in the finer things of life over the holidays. If you want to drop a few kilo's then frequency of exercise has a major impact - experience what it feels like to exercise every day for a week. And then be so inspired and energised that you maintain it...

Kickstart 2010 - Become steady, grounded and secure and create the space for a great year ahead.

• Heighten your metabolsim
• Create strength, energy and vitality in your systems
• Increase your oxygen intake
• Give that hard working liver a well-earned break

Sometimes we feel a little boated, tired and stuck after the indulgences of the Silly Season. Our liver becomes chronically overloaded with eating too much of the wrong kind of foods and drinking too much of the wrong kind of drinks. Well, they feel right at the time actually.... Have fun and work with a group of fellow yogi's whilst you kickstart your body back into top gear.
