Selamat pagi !
A very special revitalising
yogi retreat is planned for Bali this coming October 21 - 27.
It's a relaxed champagne-style yoga retreat and we’ll
be staying in a gorgeous resort up in the mountains, offering us
some of the most heavenly venues in which to practice our yoga,
meditation and breath work… a perfect place to regroup and
relax and let go of that big city vibe.
Sound divine
so far? Read on and imagine yourself there…
Your days will be bookmarked by morning and evening yoga
and meditation classes.
The rest of your time will be spent
indulging and nurturing yourself. Relax in
the cooling shade beside the pool, or indulge in a deeply relaxing
traditional Balinese massage. Follow a gently winding path out into
the rice paddy's to simply breathe in the peace and tranquillity
of the mountain air.
Eat light, fresh,
healthful food, read a book on your private terrace, laze by the
river, have a dip in the pool or grab a driver to take you to the
ocean, meet yogi friends in town for lunch and a stroll around the
gallery.
Drink
a delicious juice (or a g+t, a glass of bubbly
or perhaps a fabulous martini), watch the sun set over rice fields
as you walk home.
Go on a wild adventure,
get lost in a sleepy village, be charmed by the local people, be
mesmerised by a traditional Balinese dance performance, find
your peace in a traditional
temple, explore Ubud - the cultural heart of Bali.
Meditate from the
top of Kintamani as the sun rises, do some
salutes then cycle all the way downhill as a big, fun, crazy group,
coast through tiny villages and back roads and stop for a delicious
brekky and lunch along the way.
And if you have
an extra 3 or 4 days we might hop over to a little island where
you can surf some of the best reef breaks
- if that's your thing - or go snorkelling and diving in the azure
blue seas.
